SACBW FOUNDATION
TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT NPC
Bursary Fund
Our bursary fund is dedicated to empowering female Matric learners who are seeking financial assistance and may not qualify for matric exemption to pursue higher education. In collaboration with the South African Council for Business Women, the selected bursary recipient will also be honored with the Youth Leader Award for a duration of one year, recognizing their leadership potential and commitment to making a positive impact.
Training Academy
Our academy will focus on offering part-time and full-time online courses tailored for young women who need to take up employment and do not have the opportunity to study full-time at a college or university. Additionally, we will emphasize skills development to empower these female students and support their personal and professional growth.
Projects
Currently, our focus is on hosting Youth Career Days for Matric girls. During these events, businesses from various industries exhibit their products or services, and learners have the opportunity to engage directly with industry owners to plan and prepare for their future careers. We conduct these career days in collaboration with the South African Council for Business Women, to inspire and empower young women to explore diverse career paths.
